Terms of Service

By placing an order with Anita Csorba, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Orders

All artworks are original, hand-painted pieces created to order. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from any preview or reference image provided. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and understood the nature of the commissioned artwork.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Production & Shipping

Each artwork is created individually after the order is placed. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Estimated delivery times are 10–15 business days from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. After this period, cancellations are not possible as the artwork will already be in progress.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
