Return & Refund Policy

All products in our store are made to order and personalised to each customer's specifications. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [anita@csorbaanita.hu] with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

Colour & Artwork Disclaimer

As each painting is created by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are a natural part of the artistic process and are not considered defects. Colours may also appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical artwork due to monitor settings.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and artwork remain the exclusive intellectual property of Anita Csorba. The purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. Customers are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our designs or images in any form without prior written consent from me.
